The ribbed open-grid deck helps distribute pressure from filled FIBCs across the pallet surface. It supports up to 3 T under static, fully supported floor conditions.
Nine-Leg Support for Floor Storage
Nine support points spread the load across the base and keep the pallet stable on flat warehouse floors. This design is intended for floor storage rather than unsupported pallet racking.
Low 100 mm Pallet Height
The 100 mm profile adds less height beneath large bags, which is useful around FIBC filling stations, staging areas, and floor storage locations where a compact base is preferred.
Lightweight Base for Export Loads
At 6 kg, the pallet adds relatively little tare weight to shipments using large quantities of bulk bags. The HDPE construction also requires no ISPM 15 fumigation or heat treatment.
Built for Repeated Industrial Handling
HDPE does not absorb water, rot, or produce wood splinters. The pallet can therefore be used around fertilizers, resins, powders, minerals, and other materials commonly packed in industrial bulk bags.
