Raw Material Workshop
Our Raw Material Workshop is designed to guarantee both product quality and production efficiency. We source premium HDPE and PP directly from PetroChina, ensuring consistent durability and reliability across every batch. The 1,000-square-meter facility is spacious, clean, and optimized for streamlined operations. Equipped with 10 advanced mixers, the workshop ensures raw materials are blended evenly and processed efficiently, providing a solid foundation for manufacturing excellence.
Production Workshop
Production Workshop spans 3,000 square meters with a well-organized layout, equipped with 60 high-performance machines including mixers, injection molding, rotational molding, and blow molding equipment. Supported by a team of 300 skilled workers, we ensure every process meets strict quality standards, delivering efficient production and consistent product excellence.
Mold Workshop
Mold Workshop houses over 700 moulds in various specifications, supporting diverse customization needs. Spanning 600 square meters, it is equipped with advanced mould-making machines to guarantee precision and durability. Backed by a team of 15 skilled designers, we not only provide professional mould design services but also offer pallet moulds for sale, ensuring efficient production of plastic pallets and other products.
Sample Room
Sample Room showcases over 1,000 product varieties, covering a wide range of specifications and models. To support your decision-making, we offer free samples at any time for selection and testing, ensuring every product fully meets your requirements before purchase.
Product Warehouse
Our factory operate with dedicated, separate warehousing for each product line-providing strategic flexibility and operational efficiency. Immediately after production, products are staged securely in their dedicated zones, on standby until U receive customer confirmations. Simultaneously, U maintain surplus inventory of frequently demanded sizes, enabling rapid fulfillment and minimizing lead times.
