Hygienic pallet feature

 

Hygienic plastic pallets have a smooth surface, they are extremely easy to clean which makes them more hygienic.

 

The closed hygienic plastic pallet is welded pallet, the raw material is HDPE, weight 18 kg, then add 5 steel bars to make the pallet can be put on racks, racking load of 1500 kg, full closed design works well for food, medical factory, easy to clean and no dust.

 

The surface of the plastic is not porous, which means that they do not allow the accumulation of acids, fats, dirt, and other substances.

 

Plastic is impervious to odor and bad smell.

 

Also, hygienic plastic pallets are reusable and can be recycled which is more eco-friendly and healthy for nature.

Customization Options

As a plastic pallet manufacturer, we support OEM/ODM customization for wholesale orders. The following options can be adjusted based on your requirements.

 

Material: HDPE or PP
The standard model is a 1200x800 hygienic food grade plastic pallet made from 100% virgin HDPE, with good low-temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

PP is also available if you need higher strength or a lower-cost option. Both materials are food-grade.

 

Functional Additives
The following additives can be added during raw material production:

• Antibacterial additive - helps reduce bacterial attachment, suitable for meat, dairy, pharmaceutical, and related applications.
• UV stabilizer - helps prevent aging and color fading in outdoor or strong-light environments.
• Impact modifier - improves low-temperature impact resistance, suitable for cold storage use.
• Flame retardant - suitable for warehouse environments with fire-rating requirements.

All additives must comply with EU 10/2011 or FDA 21 CFR. Please specify your compliance requirements when sending an inquiry.

 

Traceability Marking
Barcodes, QR codes by printing or etching, and RFID tags are available and can be connected with mainstream WMS systems.

 

Size and Steel Bar Configuration
The standard size is 1200×800 mm, matching the Euro pallet 1200x800 standard. Other sizes, heights, and steel bar quantities, such as 3 bars or 5 bars, can be adjusted based on load requirements.

 

Color and Logo
Colors can be customized by Pantone code for HACCP color zoning. Logos can be printed, laser marked, or molded into the pallet. Serial number marking is also available.

 

Anti-Slip and Automation Compatibility
Anti-slip strips can be added to the top deck. Fork pocket dimensions and pallet dimensional precision can be customized according to AGV or AS/RS equipment requirements.
