What Is blow moulding pallet

The blow moluding machines used in blow moulding pallets is generally a large hollow moulding machine and it uses HDPE as raw material which is the best and most commonly used material for plastic pallet, so the quality of its products is good and the life span is long. Moreover, the blow-molded pallet has a very unique shape and they often come in nine legs and double face design, a reasonable structural design, and a groove design on the surface which makes it anti slip and no corners. In addition, the moulding process is fast and sufficient; the product is fully molded, and the internal quality and performance are stable. One thing is that people need to cut the corners after production as it leaves extra plastic on the side and corners. At present, they are more and more widely used in the fresh cold chain and food industry.

The plastic hdpe raw materials are melted and injected into the plastic pallet mould during production. Once the molten plastic enters the mould and cools, a plastic pallet with the same shape as the film cavity is obtained. This process is usually completed by an injection moulding machine. The injection plastic tray has hard texture, stable chemical properties, non-toxic and tasteless, and won't cause adverse effects on the product. No steels for blow moluding pallet is needed unlike its injection moulding pallet counter parts and it's strong without steel pipes.
