Structural selection of plastic pallets:

The structure of the plastic pallets directly affects the efficiency of the use of the pallet, and the suitable structure can fully utilize the characteristics of the forklift for efficient operation.

1. Select whether to choose a single-sided pallets or a double-sided pallets according to whether the plastic pallets are to be stacked after loading the goods. Since the single-sided pallet is only a bearing surface, it is not suitable for stacking, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the lower cargo. If you need to stack after loading the goods, try to choose a double-sided pallets.

2. The plastic pallet is used as a floorboard, that is, the pallet does not move after loading the cargo, but it plays the role of moisture-proof and waterproof. It can choose a pallets with simple structure and low cost, such as a simple plastic pallets, but it should pay attention to the static load of the pallet and the amount.

3. For plastic pallets used for transportation, handling, loading and unloading, plastic pallets with high strength and large dynamic load should be selected. Because of the repeated use of this type of plastic pallet and the use of the forklift, the strength of the plastic pallet is high, so that the structure of the plastic pallet is required to be "three runners" or "six runners". If the plastic pallet is used on the shelf of the stereoscopic library, consider whether the structure of the plastic pallet fits the code on the shelf. Usually, since the goods can only be loaded from the shelves in two directions, the plastic pallets used for the shelves should use the four-sided fork pallets as much as possible, so that the forklift can fork the goods and improve work efficiency. Such a plastic pallets generally selects a structure of a three runners type.
