Ultra-Lightweight Design

We make this pallet from HDPE plastic with injection molding. It is one whole piece with no seams. Its total weight is only 6kg.It weighs over 60% less than regular wooden pallets. You will spend less money on ocean shipping. Workers will also feel less tired when moving the pallets by hand.This HDPE material can stand hard hits very well, even though the pallet is light. We dropped it from 1.5 meters in our test. The pallet had no damage at all after the test. It stays solid and long-lasting for tough shipping and storage work.

 

Four-Way Entry Efficiency

This pallet has openings on four sides for forklifts. The fork gap is 85mm wide. It works with all common forklifts and hand pallet trucks.We added thick cross support ribs at the bottom. Each rib is 10mm thick for extra strength. These ribs spread heavy weight evenly over the whole pallet. The middle part will not bend or warp when forklifts move it fast. This avoids safety risks during daily handling.

 

Grid Load-Bearing Structure

The top surface uses a honeycomb grid layout. This layout spreads heavy loads evenly.Our load tests show it can hold up to 2 tons of powder goods. It will not deform even after long-time static storage.The whole pallet is made of pure HDPE plastic. You can fully recycle it when you no longer use it. It fits green, circular business requirements.
